Experience: 5-8 years

Responsibilities:

Lead Agile teams in Scrum practices.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).

Remove blockers and ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders.

Track team performance and drive improvements.

Requirements:

5-8 years of Scrum Master experience.

Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM preferred).

Experience with Jira/Confluence, Trello.

Technical understanding, metrics & Reporting.
